Website images and specifications support product discovery. Availability, color, dimensions, materials, hooks, packaging and other details must be confirmed in the applicable quotation or order document.
Quotations and orders
An online inquiry is not an accepted order. Pricing, MOQ, samples, payment terms, lead time, shipping terms and customization become binding only when agreed in the relevant business documents.
Samples and customization
Sample and private label options depend on the selected SKU, quantity and technical feasibility. Additional costs or lead time may apply.
Claims and inspection
Inspection requirements, acceptable tolerances and claim procedures should be agreed before an order is confirmed.
